Tractor Problem: no Forward Movement

I was just thinking if reverse also gets worse in higher gears it might be clutch related.

in most vehicles i have reverse is a lower gear than forward gears. if that is the case with this tractor that would mean that reverse works better because it is lower which sounds consistent with the lower forward gears working better.
cold clutch fork be compromised or bent/cracked? otherwise clutch sounds like potential culprit. Throwout bearing failure?

He has 4 reverse gears, and it seems each is a little faster than the same gear in forward.

Hi DL, Ray here. Thanks for the site address which you texted me, I found it to be interesting and informative. I appreciate it since I don't know anything about tractors. The information, 4WD, on the fender and what it stands for blew me away. I thought it was only to identify the tractor to be a 4 wheel drive. Thanks and may GOD be with you and yours.

After some thought, and digesting other peoples input, I really think you have a clutch issue... Either badly worn (slipping) or improperly adjusted....
