I think if I go with Kubota I知 going with the MX5200DT. I like the fact it is heavier and stronger rear end than the L4701. I would use it for cutting, driveway work, and potentially moving round bales.
I think you are smart for picking the heavier built, stronger tractor.I think if I go with Kubota I知 going with the MX5200DT. I like the fact it is heavier and stronger rear end than the L4701. I would use it for cutting, driveway work, and potentially moving round bales.
I致e got a 2015 MX5200DT also.
It痴 been a good tractor. 1250 hours. Issues I致e had so far.
Seat suspension broke. So I replaced the broken piece of round rod.
Broke a couple of retainer bolts in the loader pins. Lost one pin.
Lost clip replacing headlight bulb. Had to buy a new headlight as Kubota doesn稚 sell that clip. It痴 spring loaded so be careful.
Had a wire loosen up on ignition switch. Still not sure that ignition isn稚 trying to go.
Moves 2 4x5 round bales. I wouldn稚 be afraid of 2 5x5. Does a lot of loader work and draw bar work. Heavy tongue weight loads will start to bend drawbar. Just flip it over it値l straighten out. Just finished drilling and 30 aces with a 10 no-till drill. Had to be careful on hills it will get pushed around. Pulls a buggy with 3 tons of fertilizer good. Again have to be careful with hills.
When it gets replaced it値l be replaced with the M5660 more than likely. The 5660 is heavier and has a stronger loader. Plus you get the hydraulic shuttle. The MX is a mechanical shuttle.
It sliding around on a hill was my main concern. I have a couple of hills and not sure I like the idea of it moving around.
