New 1025R on the way.

Well my search for a new "Mower" has ended. Just wanted to post a quick thanks to the many replies I've had on various posts regarding this.
I originally thought I would get either a Kubota or Deere diesel mower. It didn't take much pushing to decide that a subcompact was probably a better solution. Nearly everyone on this site and every salesman said the same.
I really like the Deere the most, although I would have been happy with the Kubota BX 2380. There are pluses and minuses to each.
Today I decided to buy the 1025R, loader and 54" mmm.
Price for future buyers was $16,000 for Tractor, loader and 54"mmm.
I will post pics when I take delivery. Hopefully Friday.

I'm going through the same decision and I was comparing the x758 with 60" mower deck with the 1025R. I got a quote for $15,200 before tax for the x758 and waiting for a quote on a 1025R with just the mower deck. Was the mower deck an optional charge?

Yes. $2200 add'l

Wow, I went today and the dealer here wants $19,334.07 plus tax for a total of $20,494. This is West MI

This was for a 60” deck though, can’t see that being for than a couple hundred extra. Said I’d save an additional $500 in a couple weeks with an event coming up. Still not close though.
