I bought a Ford 1910 last year, not knowing any better. I was told it sat for 3 years, more like 10. I was told the fuel injector pump was bad. I believed him. bought it, took it apart, found a used pump, continued to dismantle the engine, The cylinders had so much wear I had to replace the sleeves. Made my own sleeve puller, new bearings, rings, rebuilt my own fuel injectors, took them to be tested, perfect, they were rusted tight. did a valve job, did everything it needed, looks like new. Finished it three months ago, pushed it outside. need the space to tear down my Triumph Spitfire. Anyway, yesterday was it's first attempt at starting it. after bleeding all the air out it fired right up, smooth, quiet, idles nice, no leaks. How can that be? Let it idle a while. off and on to make sure it started each time, went home. I had no idea if the tranny or clutch worked, heck, I had no idea if anything worked so today I tried it again, it started right up, idled it for about an hour, all fluids good, temp was cool, what the heck, lets see if it moves. This tractor is wonderful! everything works, drove it around a while, put it back in it's garage. Lucky me. Now what? what do I check? what do I look for? The only other tractor I have had is a 1950 MF 35 and an 8N . This is like a rocket ship compared to those. I do need to re install the loader then sell it. Parts are too hard to find to keep. Greg
