Anyone have any idea the value of a Ferguson non runner with 5ft brush hog?

My ‘52 8N runs sweet as sugar, just one press on the starter and she fires right up in any temp above freezing. Below freezing and she just needs a touch of choke.

About the only thing it’s good for is mowing, moving the mobile chicken coop, and towing a wagon. I plan to keep it after I get my new tractor because every gentlemen’s farm should have an old tractor on it.

I have bought one NON running tractor in my life. It was the last tractor that I bought and the last NON runner I plan to buy and get to running. :) I am not even sure NON runners are good parts tractors because they can be bad end to end. There are way too many low priced running tractors to gamble for this old man to buy another NON runner. My last running purchase was a 1980 Ford 3600 diesel with 2300 hours for $3500. Power steering is nice too. :)

Behind the steering wheel there should be a brass tag tell model number and serial number. See if it is a TO or TE. The TE was made in England and shipped over here and it has a Lucas electrical system on it. The points and condenser for this tractor is different than a TO. The Distrubter is different also. Check to see if it has antifreeze in it. There is a petcock on the engine block open it and see what comes out. Non running I would pay no more than 500.00 for it but price vary from area to area. I bought one with the wiring burned up on it and rewired it. Iused it off and on for 10 years and sold it for 1500. Neighbor still uses it
