Results prove you wrong. Cancer is dozens of separate diseases, many of which have been cured. Childhood leukemia has a 90% cure rate. Colon cancer can be prevented and cured with regular screening. In fact, almost any cancer can be cured if you catch it early enough. My wife has been cured of kidney cancer. My brother has been cured of malignant melanoma. One of my co-workers went through a bone marrow transplant for leukemia. That was over 10 years ago, and her cancer has not come back.

There's a difference between treatment and cure. We are learning more and more about the disease so that more and more people are surviving; yet cancer is one of those diseases which will never be eliminated. Just because somebody doesn't agree with you doesn't make them stupid, although we may still be twits.

More importantly though, I hope that your relatives remain cancer free. :thumbsup:

We live in a chemical soup. Everything contains some additional chemical that is unhealthy, unnatural to living organisms. But worry not- USDA, FDA, CDC, etc say it is all perfectly harmless. That is good for business- no liability. Monsanto is just another if it's legal sell it company - and it is all legal until thousands have died, gotten ill, etc and they go enough years to build a case.Then business moves on to a new chemical.

Pharma loves it- keeps them in business creating medicines to sell.

I've never seen so many ill people, allergies, asthma, diabetes, cancer, disabilities, autism - hey what the **** - can't let people get in the way of making a dollar! Let's put out the welcome mat to Bayer Monsanto!

To my knowledge, people....adults and children....live longer healthier lives than the centuries before us. Look at how many people are killed and injured by car accidents. Shall we sue all the auto manufacturers? Shall we all get off the highway and turn in our cars? I guess we would like to sue God for the imperfect world that we have made of it.

But God has no money. We only sue those who have the money that we hope to collect. For many of us, life is a ***** and then we die........ without the money.

Volkswagon should buy Bayer. I had an Uncle who was a Chemist at Bayer in Koln. Died prematurely, I think of a heart attack (Good German Food!).

We live in a very unhealthy world, do unhealthy things and then when the inevitable happens (Cancer) we go crying for help. Seems kind of backwards.
