Here is a 12" bucket I modified into a Rock Bucket
I welded on (3) Carbide Bullet teeth to the back side of the bucket
(Not shown in this Pic is the Rock teeth I changed out on the front of the Bucket

This is my altered thumb
I welded on some pockets so that I can adjust the 18" 4 hole Ripper Shanks and then welded 3 new teeth to extend the existing ones out I put 2 Tiger teeth and a regular tooth on that can be changed out to what ever I need

You can not see it very well but I made my own Quick Connect for the bucket.
It makes changing out the bucket to a 1 pin connection instead of trying to line up all of the parts for the Thumb and Bucket.

I've built a 13000 lbs (if I recall correctly) hydraulic winch, a hydraulic top link, added a couple of LED bars on front and back, added a toolbox and I'm currently building a loader.

I made a SSQA adapter for my B21 with hydraulic actuation for the locking pins. Also a hydraulic thumb for the backhoe and a bunch of other stuff.
