I havent worn a watch in at least 15 yrs, and i still work.

I don't really work much anymore, but the last 16 years when I was employed, I did not wear a watch. I just saw no point in it after I started carrying a phone. I wore plastic watches before that as soon as they became commonplace. I worked around too much electricity all the time and metal watches are dangerous. I also never wore any kind of ring, and told the wife when I married her that she would be the only one wearing a ring. I sold the class ring I had, and never wanted any jewelry. I sold it right after I got a nicad battery spot welded to it and scrambled to get it off. Needless to say, I don't have any jewelry stuck in my body parts either..

What, no nose ring or tongue stud? Never understood the relevance of anything other than wedding rings and maybe some military branch tattoos.

I have had some piercings usually involving a piece of wood and a nail on the ground followed by some colourful language and a tetanus shot.
Found one of the other halfs earrings on the carpet when I was barefoot.
Wear a watch and a medilert bracelet when the wasps are out advising that I have an epipen, no rings and only when I am fly fishing do I sometimes have an ear ornament.

They defenitly didn't get enough hugs when they where kids. All different kind of tramp stamps. Bigbarn you cornerd the market on sh-t disels . With a little work the 7.3 will push 450 hp 1'000 ft lbs torque . My partner has a brand new doge dually and he say's my truck definitely out pulls his. His is nice but I couldn't figure out anything in it . And there is no way in he-l I would pay 80,000 for a pickup. Power goes out here quite often kerosene lamps Trump any thing else. A somewhat similar reason for my not wearing any kind of ring or watch during my Naval electronics working career (plus all of the other dangerous digit yanking scenarios involving a ship at sea).
Until (watch-wise) I stumbled upon a carabiner watch. It hangs from your belt loop. Leatherman &, I believe, Winchester make a very handsome version. I've worn one for years now.
It's also great for those who wear gloves as there's no wristwatch to be jammed up your forearm.
(I still won't wear a ring of any sort)
Every time I see someone all decked out in hardware I envision catching one of those rings on a branch and having it ripped out. Yet when I was younger we did things which our elders didn't understand either, and it's their choice as long as it doesn't affect me.
Between my phone, GPS,the clock in the truck, and electronic data collector if I'm timber cruising, I have a pretty good idea of the time without a watch. The funny thing is that they never agree. For a while the radio in the truck was synced with the phone; but it kept jumpimg ahead an hour.

I still have a dwell meter and timing light in my tool box. Have not used them in years but still have them
