Handheld trouble light

Ran a automotive shop. Bought LED head lamps for everyone. Everyone started using them daily and wont go back.
They have many good ones 300 lumens or better brightness. Last a long time on batteries. Its great to work hands free and light that follows everywhere you look.
You can also get these in rechargeable as well.
Start out with a Dewalt on, around 250 lumens ... go frome there. Got a pair from Sam's club for about $15.00 with batteries. About 350 lumens

I do have one, works pretty good BUT not bright enough. Think it's about 160 lumens. You idea may be a good one.

My favorite headlamp right now is a Zebra 600-ish something model. It uses a 18650 battery and on high is a blinding 1050 or so Lumens. Very compact.

I was thinking who is Claude? LOL Then I realized it's in my signature...a play on words. Yes like the follow up mentioned it is rechargeable. I no longer crawl around in caves but do occasional mine exploration out west. I also use it camping but anymore use it for about everything. The high setting at times can be great but other situations it can be a bit too much. You can customize the power settings too.
