Which would you buy? (Help me spend my money)

To the OP....drive them all and pick the one that feels right. Ergonomics means a lot. Pick the one that makes you smile the most. Five hundred hours on a tractor you hate is a long time. If you buy the one you enjoy, you will soon forget the price. If you buy the wrong one...you will never forget the money you spent.

Just curious, why did you feel the the loader was anemic? Are you sure that you idled up?

I'm just going off the stated load curves, relative to other tractors that weigh the same. The LS XR3140 lifts significantly more, as does the TYM.

Take note that different manufacturers take and measure the loaders lift capacity from different points. They all don’t measure the capacities the same way.

I was about to say something similar... my understanding is that Kubota is the most conservative (and real world) in their lift capacity specifications.

Are all the tractors you listed cab models? Or is the Kubota the only one? Also, don’t get to hung up over MSRP and wether it’s too high or if you get the highest percentage off. Using the highest percentage off MSRP as a decision maker could get you crappy tractor that you will come to hate.

Although, interestingly, that was one thing I really didn't like about the Kioti CK4010. It felt like I had to hunch over to reach down to the steering wheel.

Another thing that I considered was the FEL operation. A few were difficult to control (ie: lift and curl at the same time and keep the bucket level). The seats in the cabbed Mahindras didn't go back far enough for me. We looked at different colors and both new and used, and ended up buying used.

Part of the decision was based on getting a tractor without DPF or DOC. I know most owners don't have trouble with the new Tier IV / DPF. There is a zero chance of having trouble with a DPF if it isn't on the tractor to begin with.

The ones without it run hotter and that's not good for the engine either.

I know which one I would buy, because I purchased the L3560HSTC. I didn't realize how much I would use the Plus transmission. In general, I leave my tractor in Medium and use the Plus to give me the extra boost when I need it.

As far as loader, I haven't had any issues. It has done everything I have wanted to do so far.
