I was really hoping this was the end of this thread but no luck. Tractor is now throwing code 3410 when you initially start it along with the stop symbol and reduced power. If you cycle the power it typically clears until the next power cycle. Looks like it related to the egr and emmissions system and back to the dealer once again. I think it's time for a letter to corporate to at least put all of these issues on record and see what their reply is.

well dang................i would be getting a little excited and more passionate about my situation at this point from what you have been through!!!

This is very disappointing. Hope Case can figure this out and make things right for you, but in my experience, they will only do the minimum of what's needed and then it's up to you to solve the problem.

I would have been in touch with State authorities long ago in pursuit of a full refund or replacement machine.

I would have been in touch with State authorities long ago in pursuit of a full refund or replacement machine.

Email to dealer states that they think the issue with the error code will be resolved with a software flash and referenced a service bulletin. It came back from repairs with a steady oil drip as well so planning on a trip back to the dealer this week to try to resolve these two issues.

And she's off again. Hopefully this trip to the dealer is a little faster and cheaper.

If I needed a different size tractor than what I have I would trade it in a heart beat. Just hard to take out a loan for $18K on a similar tractor when this one only has 350 hours on it and is paid for. I've asked the dealer to keep an eye out for a used Kubota Grand L60. If I can find a used one and not take such a hit this one will be gone.
