Pretty slick set up. ...My father has a BX23 with a 48" deck..we take it off in the winter so he can clean ,sharpen the blades.. anduse the machine moving snow if needed. The deck is heavy and awkward ..we usually put a chain on it, hook it to the bucket of the tractor and hang it on the wall backwards so we have access to the underside. ...your way looks much easier.

That’s a real nice setup for moving the deck around and maintenance, nicely done and now I’m going to do the same with my 60 inch deck for the winter.

Looks like a piece of steel rod and a few wagon or mower wheels. Should be at every hardware store.

I did mine summarily.

Bought a 24" long piece of 1" round stock. Cut it in half. Welded 5" long 5/8" threaded bolts on the ends of the round stock. Added washers, Harbor Freight 8"solid rubber wheels, nylock nuts, and some paint. A hole to line up a lynch pin to keep them situated.

Total investment was around $38. Plus my time. Worth 10x that in the newfound mobility of the deck when stored.

You wouldn't even need the welding, threads, nuts or paint. Drill 5 holes in the rod, 1 inside and outside each wheel for keeper pins and 1 for the deck alignment pin. Paint? Ha!!

But again, all these implement dollies only work if you have a clean, smooth, paved floor. They won't roll worth spit over dirt, gravel, grassy areas or anything uneven or unlevel. Which means I can't use any of them.
