I roll mine out into the yard over gravel and uneven terrain pretty easily. The large wheels make it a lot more manageable than even I expected. Turning is a b1tch, though. You wouldn't even need the welding, threads, nuts or paint. Drill 5 holes in the rod, 1 inside and outside each wheel for keeper pins and 1 for the deck alignment pin. Paint? Ha!!
But again, all these implement dollies only work if you have a clean, smooth, paved floor. They won't roll worth spit over dirt, gravel, grassy areas or anything uneven or unlevel. Which means I can't use any of them.
