Bobcat Tractors coming back in 2019

Just a question for you guys that know the brand and relationship better than I: Why didn't the Bobcat dealers sell Kiotis? The local dealers to me (Bobcat of Boston, Bobcat of NH) also carry other Doosan equipment. Was it because of the existing Kioti dealerships? I suppose the bigger Bobcat dealers would be local competition to the exiting Kioti dealers and probably trounce them on prices.

My local Bobcat dealer has always sold Kioti but the line really took off when Doosan took off.

Looks like dealers are posting them for sale now. CT1021, CT1025 , Shibaura engines which was unexpected. Haven't found the next size up yet.

I think perhaps the small tractor market is oversaturated, outside of canada and the U.S. who can afford them?
Maybe the deal with Kioti feel through?

The Bob Cat brand is known for quality with a good resale value

Kioti is known for cheap tractors that have a poor resale value

Will the Bob Cat tractor deteriorate to Kioti level?

Absolutely. Should have gotten into Mahindra, even lower quality.

Looks like a Kioti to me. A white one. I'll stick with Kubota myself.

And I will stick to my Bobcat....
I chose it over a kubota 10 years ago, and as far as I am concerned the quality was so far superior to the kubotas I looked at, it was a no brainer

We have a Bobcat skid loader for barn chores, Fine machine but tractor wise, not my choice. If Bobcat is now Kioti, don't say much for Bobcat.

I traded my BLUE for White equipment one year ago. When the WHITE dealer has tractors, I will look at them with an open mind and see how the product looks.

Bobcat tractors were built by Kioti with minor differences like cab and wiring related items and Makeup and three point options primarily only difference.

They also had a different front end loaders.
