Hey Ken...make a simple video showing how it grabs the fitting and releases the pressure. You wouldn't even have to have any real oil pressure...just how the tool works. Thanks

I hope to get to that soon too...so much to do and so little time!

But a quick description in simply this:
Unscrew the wingnut all the way, open the pliers and slide the coupler into the opening. Now close the pliers, this clamps around the groove in the coupler holding it firmly. Finally screw the wingnut in to push in the ball/poppet, the shroud directs the fluid away from you. Once the pressure is released unscrew the wingnut, open the pliers and remove the coupler.

It took me about 4 times longer to type that than in would to do it!

Thanks Ken, your video shows how hard it is to release the pressure on these lines. Sometimes you can't just shove against the equipment, you have to get wrenches and crack a line. This tool would be easier, safer, and quicker.

Thanks Kenny for making this tool available. When I take my "hydraulic oil bath" at least once each year I curse not having this tool. Ignore the negative comments, keep the helpful products available to us.

You're welcome, thanks for the "nudge" to get it done.

FYI for those that have inquired, we have added 1/4" and 1/2" Flat Face (AKA "Skid Steer" Style) tools to our inventory.

Keyboard warrior checking in here:

When will the 1/2" FF coupler tool be back in stock?

I am just about to the point where I want to shoot my dang grapple rather than try to connect it. What's the point of quick couplers if you have to disconnect them to connect? :(
