I can only see the last 2 pictures.
Hopefully you can now see the dump truck that went over the hill.
So after some heart to heart discussions last night with the employees.....
Truck could have been, and was suggested by coworker, been parked facing across the slope. Driver decided to instead park it on about a 10° slope with the front of the truck facing down.
Driver shut engine off, put it in 1st gear (manual transmission) and left it in high range.
Driver placed a single wheel chock in front of one rear dually tire.
Driver then got onto the Toro Dingo and began inserting pine tree branches into the Vermeer
chipper. Climber dropped the tree top, driver attempted to insert into Vermeer feeder but branches prevented feeding.
Driver Bagan using the Dingo to shove/force to much tree width into the Vermeer that is still attached to the dump. As he repeatedly rammed the Dingo into the tree to force it into Vermeer throat, he pushed the truck over the wheel chock.
Vermeer and truck went down the hill at a rapid pace, jumping a tree stump part way down.
Plow mount on truck removed 2 trees on the way down and plow mount stopped the truck as you see it with 2 trees under the front of the truck.
Rocker panels dented. Truck was just repainted 2 weeks ago.
Hydraulic line broke.
Steering stabilizer bent.
Rear driveshaft carrier bearing destroyed.
Tire cut, wheel possibly bent.
U bolts onv drivers side of rear axle bent.
No one hurt, no significant property damage.
