New dowsing service finds where you need to work next on your property

What my abilities allow me to do is place the pile exactly where your completely unimagined next project will be. I’m generally accurate within six feet.

The business model means you only have to pay me when I’m successful. I charge $500/day to move the pile should you need to do something in that space.

This thread gives me a new business idea. I have found I can find buried pipe and wires by a form of Dowsing. Learned this from an old Navy Chief who taught at the Utilitiesman school at Port Hueneme CA. It does not work except for a few. We had 30 people in then class and only 10 of us got it down to a science. Take 2 bronze welding rods and bend them into Us with 3 equal sides. Hold loosely in your bare hands in front of you, the U at right angle to your body, about 12" apart. Start walking around where your wire/pipe it should be. Find it and the U shaped rods will slowly rotate inward and stop overlapping showing the parallel direction of the run. This works even on non-metallic pipes. Pull is strongest on metal pipe or ones full of water. Just did it 3 days ago to find a pipe where I had the BH operating.

I have found only one better thing, other than expensive electronic locators. It is tried and proven 100%; called a backhoe. I learned this in 1955 and still works today. Not a proven 100% though. Probably closer to 80%. Deepest I have found is 4'.

Does this mean I am a witch? My wife has a stronger word to describe me.

I found some telephone cables while digging, I must have the ability to shift them while buried as I found the corresponding markers and had a map but these were about 80' to one side.
I did this without dowsing rods, copper, alignment of the stars and planets or visions, I am truly gifted.
My brother is also gifted as he found power cables with a backhoe, they make a big bang and a flash when they reveal themselves despite the map location.

They also react to overhead lines. I think they react to underground water, but have never drilled a well, although I have located several spots in the yard where the rods react...although I suppose it could be buried treasure.

I am told that you are most likely to be Irish, American Indian or of Jewish descent if you have this ability. I think I have a little of all three.

One of my brothers is very good at this using green wood or steel wire.
Myself I could stand in the middle of lake and not get them to point to water.
I have seen many people that where quite gifted in Dowsing even being able to estimate depths and volume of water.
