Gents I do not want to break any site rules so if this is not allowed mods please delete.

I have a 60” EA Wicked Root grapple in the classifieds. Some recent events have forced me to to move south about an hour to a newer build but much smaller plot. I have sold my tractor (tough day), now I'm selling the rest of my tractor related items. It has been lightly used, non commercial just homeowner stuff and is in like new shape. If interested please see the ad and private message me.

The EA Grapple was by far the best tractor implement I had, great company to deal with. Gents I wish you all the best, Rye.

You should ignore all logic, with regard to EA business practices!
EA buyers will categorically reject any type of constructive criticism.
By expressing your situation/opinion here, you will now and forever, be labeled an EA basher.
EA products are excellent.

Reminds me of the Kubota Cult. Upon a time I said something like, "Seem's unforgiving that a 20+ K tractor has a Fuel Gauge that is known useless and no Proper RPM Gauge (Little lcd), not too mention a direct damage path to the Hydro Fan. Not too mention little cheap arse fuel filters, no proper separator." OMG!, the things I heard from that. - You should know/learn how much fuel you are using, its a diesel keep it full, Really how often do you change RPM, just get an AfterMarket gauge, here is a list of vendors that sell protection for your fan, I just installed my own filter, easy peasy.....

That said, I am a big fan of EA myself, and no doubt once you actually get the product and compare it to whatever else, you will be too.

I am not sure that is a valid comparison, but in my humble opinion, I wish all businesses were run similarly to EA!

I think it would be a much better world

IMO It would be a much better world if manufacturers were required to disclose factual profit margins...

lilranch, I'm simply saying that no company is perfect. I have a considerable investment in EA products, and will get more in the future. However, not everything they have is the best, or even made by them, or at the best terms. Love the company, Travis was/is great to deal with, shipping was near perfect. My Kubota BX is a great little Swiss Army Knife, but there are other versions that are better. Build quality and durability of my Bobcat is certainly above the Kubota (though not directly comparable). Anyways, there is certainly a Kubota Cult out there, as there is an EA Cult, and likely a contingent of Titan folks, etc. Just saying I am a fan, not a fanboy. Pass on the Koolaid.

As to a better world, until pay/salary is quoted in percent of gross, and excess profit is willingly kept to sane values, until human greed has finally left the species, it will never be fair. In any case, the puppet masters are not about to allow it.

why, what for, that seems very socialist to me

Transparency...So consumers actually know if they are getting taken out of greed...

I don't begrudge any company an honest profit...then there are the drug companies. Those folks should all be castrated before being hung.
