My buddy’s M7060 is a fine unit but the front axle & loader isn’t near the size of my JD 5k series 4cyl.
Not knocking it at all. He Loves it :D

Going to add some small Bluetooth speakers somewhere in the canopy. Gotta have some tunes while I’m working, and the wife didn’t think I needed a cab tractor so I’ll improvise!

Mr Dog-- your Deere's are over 2000 lbs heavier than his M7060 and i'd think the loaders would thus be heavier. Just based on appearance, the Kubota loaders look stronger to me than other brands at a given weight/size. And seem conservatively rated as well. His 7060 also has bevel gear steering FWD with a lot better maneuvering than your Deeres and better than my Massey Ferguson 2660. Not sure what the 4cyl means in the context of the talking, but his 7060 is a 4cyl engine too as are your Deere and my Massey.

The 3cyl JD 5k (5045-5075) series has much smaller axle than my 4cyl 5k series.

Your right on the Kubota frt axle turning deep

I used his M7060 & LP RCF3696 today & kept disengaging the PTO resting my arm on fender as I have for many years

Do you have arm rests on your seat that could be used? I've seen users fold them up and forget to fold them back down. :D

You might want to consider just getting a set of good quality headphones instead. Mine is a cab unit and even so the stereo has to be turned up really loud to be heard over the sound of the engine and implement. That's what I'm thinking of doing - put on a set of headphones that will not only allow me to listen to music at a reasonable level but also attentuate the roar of the engine.

Deserteagle is Right :D listen to this wise man.

I’m so much more relaxed after 3-5hrs of mowing on Zero or Bush Hogging on Tractor.

Plus it saves your hearing as I’m cutting grass 10hrs a week.

I do have armrests, but the issue is that its so steep that you are literally holding yourself up with your arm on the fender and grabbing the handle. My arm is no where near the arm rest on the seat at that point. I'm sure with time I will get used to it and pay more attention to it. At least that is the issue I have, and I assume that it may be the same for Brown Dog.

I already have a great set of ear buds. I don't mind wearing them when I am mowing but I definitely don't like them when I was pulling trees. Just to much happening that I want to be able to hear. I have some leftover wakeboard enclosures that previously were mounted on my side by side that I am going to mount up high by the ROPS this weekend. I bought a small marine amp to power them that I should be able mount behind the seat and take up very little room. I can run a 3.5mm to rca cord directly to it and listen to Pandora via my phone. Should be an easy install. I'll post some pics after I get it installed.

On a side note these should have the potential to be very loud! The wife is already concerned what the neighbors might think with me boomin across the pasture. lol

I bike, drive tractor, and at times walk or run a boat. In ALL cases I consider headphones a major safety issue and a cause of accidents and near-disasters. Seen 100 examples. There is no benefit that justifies giving up your ability to hear and react when operating equipment in my view.
