The result of an unsecured load. He had OSB in the back with sacks of concrete on the cab end of the OSB. That's all. Half of the OSB and the concrete bags slid right out when he started up. He was by himself and a guy in the other lane stopped to help him resulting in the road being blocked for awhile. So, in addition to straps to keep stuff moving forward, also need straps to keep things from moving back.

Wonder if he would have put a few concrete bags at back of bed, not on tailgate, then load osb on them, angled down in the front. Then load the rest of the concrete bags on the front of the osb, would it have stayed in place? Jon
