I had a can of that and put a little in the tank now it smokes me out I have to start it with the windows and door open! That will be the last time I use that in the tractor.

Never ever had that problem with Seafoam. Never used it in a tractor except a Gravely. Mostly used it on lawnmowers and small generator engines with carbs.

does it smell like Georgia?. sulfur/rotten egg smell?. I always smelled that going through there. possibly it affects/maybe cleans the converter?.

I've never used it in a tractor. I find it works really well in small engines for cleaning carburetors and keeping things running properly.

The smoke is normal. I've run some crazy heavy doses on small engines and hot soaked carbs several times. That creates a LOT of smoke but it clears up as soon as the SF is used up or when the tank is topped off.

It's probably doing the job intended and burning out the crap in the engine that shouldn't be there. But isn't there a different formula (can) for Diesel engines?

The original SF is made to use in gas and diesel fuels, or in the crankcase oil or either too.

I'm aware of that, but I've seen different cans on store shelves, different color labels. One may be Marine.

Big mistake. Use more and run the tractor hard till it clears up. The SF is doing it's job.....google "Decarb", read the process and then think about your situation and your current decision.
