2011 MF1652L Platform 572 hours - electrical issue - ahhhh! HELP!!!

No power to instrument panel, No response from ignition in any key position. Battery Drain.
Headlights and turn signals work. Emergency flashers do not.

What I have tested so far:
Recharged Battery. Had Battery load tested at Advanced Auto Parts. Meets specifications. This is the original battery.
Checked all fuses in fuse box. No visual issues. Continuity test performed. All working.
Tested Ignition switch - passed. Stupidly purchased new ignition switch - no change.
Tested blue (power) lead to ignition splice coupler - power reading of 12.4 V.
Tested power to Starter. Full power found.
Tested all relays. All working. Checked for click and resistance across actuated circuit.

Today tried to test the instrument panel by disconnecting battery. Used known strong battery to supply power at #5 fuse connection (instrument panel and ECU)-nothing.

Could a malfunctioning ECU create these issues?
Any other suggestions?

Try to track down an electrical schematic for your tractor to get an idea of what feeds what. A malfunctioning ECU probably could cause your problems but you don't want to buy one if you don't need one - kind of like the ignition switch you bought.

Maybe pull the instrument cluster and check the wiring; mice may have chewed something

Does your tractor have a fusible link or main fuse in a different location? Also, supplying power directly into a fuse box without knowing the schematic may be dangerous to some expensive components.

There is power to the fuses.
I tested all positions on the ignition switch for continuity using multi meter. No power flowing.
The Blue wire is the hot wire on the four way connector. It changes to red on the switch side.
Power on the big main cable.
No voltage on relays.
We ran a power draw test and found no parasitic draw.
We jumpered the tractor side of the ignition switch harness but still no power to the instrument panel.

I have the schematic. I have color coded much of the wiring for easier reading. I have labeled all of the identified components also.
