I started eating food grade DE about 6 or 7 years ago. After a short time I noticed 5 things.

1. Fingernails got stronger.
2. Joint pain in left knee when going downstairs, went away.
3. Swelling in lower legs above socks, went away.
4. Hair on head got thicker.
5. Age spots on the back of hands went away.

As with everything it works different in different people.

Interesting. I use DE in my pool filter but I never thought about eating it.

Ive heard about feeding it to animals sorta a wholistic approach to worming. Was thinking that the pool filter variety had been heated to melt the sharp edges.
But ifn ya really want this to take off ya gotta make it available in vaping juice. 😁

FWIW...If you let a monkey out of a cage the first thing it usually does if outside is eat a hand full of dirt...supposed to be for the nutrients etc...it a natural instinct.

Tell us more about it, how much do you consume in a day and what frequency?

any good effects would be from the calcium it's made of, and because it's so rough, it will kill internal parasites.. the problem is, that may actually injure your throat, stomach, and intestines. it's like eating sandpaper or fine glass, the irritation could be far worse over time..

Once a day one heaping tablespoon about 2 hours after breakfast in water.

From what I have read, DE is not made from calcium.

Have you eaten it? I have never felt any irritation from food grade DE.
