If you look at the wheels they looks much like this MF/Ursus 255

The exhaust points to an older model and MFs are popular here, not so much Belarus.
I am in a situation where this could be me unfortunately. Surrounded by bush. Nearest fires are about 30klm away at present. Only one road out.....
It was possibly white? Just a bit showing forward of the steering wheel and he has some kind of implement attached as well.

That looks close as the steering rod looks very similar also the grill surround.

Living on a country that gets devastated with wildfires every Summer, I sincerely hope those fires don't get nowhere near to you or any of yours.

In October of 2017, a wildfire with criminal ignition completely destroyed a 700 plus years old beautiful Pine forest. Actually it was a big landmark on this region. This happened about 5 miles from me.

On this same year, but in July, one of the biggest fires in this country killed about 65 people. Some died in their houses, others in their cars trying to escape while a burst down effect just dropped right on top of them.

The picture I'm sharing if from the fire near me. You can see my city and the huge fire going back there.
