Kioti EX50 Cab HST
Does anyone have a wiring diagram, especially showing wire colours for a Kioti EX50 CH?

I installed a voltmeter in the lighter socket after thinking the headlights and cab spotlights didn't seem very bright at times. I discovered that the voltage ranges from 13.2v when the tractor is running but nothing electrical is switched on to under 11v with lights, wipers and AC / fan on. The voltage at the battery terminals sits around 13.8v whatever the load.
I'm assuming there is a bad connector(s) or relay in the circuit however after I follow the cable from the battery to the starter motor the cable disappears into a loom and I am unsure of the path it takes to the various electrically powered equipment via connectors, relays, ignition switch, fuse box etc. Rather than diving in blind I would like to follow the circuits from the battery onwards. Also if there are any common points of failure to focus on that would help.

Thanks
Aaron

Those numbers are what one would expect from running off a 75% discharged battery and a bad alternator. Check your belt and if that is tight, get your alternator tested and serviced. In the meantime, use an external charger to charge your battery. When the tractor is running the voltage will always be greater than 14 volts.

In addition to the above, clean the terminals of your battery as well as the inside of the battery cables where they clamp on. Be sure there's not corrosion built up in the battery terminal fittings. Clean the area where the ground cable attaches to the tractor frame - be sure paint or corrosion are not insulating the cable from ground. Be sure starter mounting bolts are tight - that's how it gets its ground. Tighten the cable attachment on the starter. I know - it's all pretty basic stuff, but it's amazing how often it's overlooked.

X2. Just changed out the alternator on my wife's truck. It was putting out just over 11 volts when it should have been over 14. New one puts out 14.5 to 14.7 volts and charges the battery nicely.
