Leaking fluid from the input side of the main 4x4 drive shaft /output side of the transfer case. I went to JD parts catalog and cant find the part number. Any help appreciated.

No clue. Don't own that tractor and never replaced one.
As with any seal, the real work is often just getting too it. Figure out what holds the seal in place, and what you'll have to remove to get at it. Sometimes that is very little, sometimes more complex.
One piece of general advice: While seals do often fail from age, some times it's because a bearing is bad allowing allowing a shaft to wobble out of round, destroying the seal. So while into it, check out any bearing close to the seal....or you may be back again soon

Given that it's inside the clutch housing, at a minimum you will have to split the tractor.

Crawl up under the tractor and take a couple of good photos where you think the leak is coming from and post them. That would help.

It depends...…..whether the seal has to come out from rear (towards rear of tractor), Hard repair, split required.
OR if seal comes out from front, (towards front of tractor), which should be an easy repair.

Very good advice that I learned the hard way and a bad bearing was the cause of my problem.
