and if that is the case, it would be the fault of the owner/operator to decide to purchase it knowing it is of sub part design and then expect it to hold up to HEAVY use - you get what you pay for

So when you bought your 4wd tractor with SSQA FEL you carefully studied the design of the SSQA plate to make sure it was built right?

Yep, I thought of the same question.

I didn't have to worry about the Toolcat SSQA plate when my wife bought it.

It looks a little stronger than tractor plates:

as a matter of fact i did and i determined the needs/work i intended to do would not be suitable for my CUT and I would tear it/implements/loader/attachments of that category up and totally ruin my equipment - i have a skidsteer for the heavy stuff - I have torn enough things up over the years that its pretty easy now to see if something is going to hold up depending on the job, equipment - I have learned to ERR on the side of bigger is better 95% of the time and a lot of time it also becomes a safety issue as well.
