I may be responsive, but worked up? No. I've been listening to stuff like this for decades. Environmental regulations, in this state at least, must go through at least two public hearings...and when you have drafted the rules, presented them at hearing, listened to comments that ranged from detailed legal and technical presentations by huge law firms to people pissed about fluoride in their toothpaste, it's all too familiar. It's not really hard to dismiss a wild eyed diatribe by a 17 year old on a technical subject that's been studied and argued for 40 years and still not resolved to the liking of either side.

On a serious note, warmer temps over winter promote overwintering of mosquitoes. We had an outbreak of easter equine encephalitis here last year. It killed one fruit farmer and almost killed another. And due to the health issues of the latter, they are selling the farm.

Got a source for that? Only one I could find was a net worth BETWEEN 1-10 million. That profile would fit a lot of people on TBN.
