BTW: Isn't it about time for China to blame the virus on the CIA in order to weaken the Red economy and reduce our lopsided balance of payments ? Must be Trump's fault...

Watch what you wish for. Besides, if you read the first few pages of the thread you will see that has been suggested.

I used to post in the comment section of the local newspaper, there was one woman who was constantly flagging my posts for no reason. It took a day or so for monitors to review them and comments were only open for 48 hours; so she was essentially controlling the content of any discussion. She finally blocked me, at which point I stopped getting flagged.

Awesome!!! She did you a favor unintentionally!!!!

I'm sure you will find it comforting to know that 85% of the drugs used in this country come from either China or India. 100% of Tylenol and asprin are imported and repackaged too. China eliminate the competition (domestic) by price fixing and we allowed it because we want everything cheap.

The only reason World Trade exists here is those last few words!!!!

Want it cheap, want it now and cannot wait.... The hallmark of our plug and play society. Kind of like me an Amazon. I don't care for Jeff Bezos at all but if they have a good price on something, I'll buy it. I won't however join Amazon Prime to get 2 day shipping (and the rest of their useless to me crap). I always check the slow free shipping and decline prime. If I wanted it right now, I'd go uptown and buy it.

Kind of curious about drone delivery though. Out here, if a drone flew over with a package, someone would shoot it down....

My Father taught me as a young man to always buy American goods. His explanation was, the job you save might be your own someday...
Man was he right !

What scares me most about the imported from China and India drugs is, they could taint the drugs and kill a bunch of people. All the injectable stuff you get in a hospital or clinic or doctor's office so you don't really know what you are getting. At least with over the counter stuff, you can read the labels.

They could package the corona virus in say Penecillin and ship it over here and you don't have a clue what you are getting injected with and wham, you got the Wuhan Flu.

I don't put anything past the Chinese or the Indians for that matter. When I read that some Indian researcher says drinking cow piss cures the Wuhan Flu, I start doubting their qualifications in general.

I bet cow uring tastes awful....

Right on the money, here. Just look at all the TBN posts wanting the cheapest, lowest cost, tractors, attachments, replacement parts and even string. Very little care about who's job will soon be disappearing when they get that Itchipussy brand of Ground Moving Wheel Machine relabeled as a Reliable brand and painted really nice, too.

People in general though, often enough not accountable whatsoever, and yet they cry like little girls. For instance, bitching about Walmart selling "import" goods, how dare they! What about American jobs?!! Yeh well, American consumers decided all that, with their wallets.

I believe the Wuhan Flu is like any other virus, some survive and the weak succumb. Dang glad I got both my pneumonia shots as I read the final straw (death) is overwhelmingly from the complications of it. besides, the government paid for both. First one hurt like ****. second one, not so bad.

Looks like the diagnosed cases are really climbing but the survival rate is as well. Interestingly, the death rate is also climbing fast.
