Even without having tasted them, I can tell, just from the recipe, that I'd like'em.

Never thought to mix sausage with the hamburger. I'll have to try it next time I make them. I'll also mix in a few pine nuts.

I made 8 last time; they freeze up really well, so we have some in reserve when the Grandkids show up unexpectedly.

That is a great idea. I think I will do some green peppers, yellow and red just for more fun for the grandkids. Do you want red, yellow or green? Then I eat whatever they do not want. Burp! :thumbsup:

I started thinking about these on my way home from work so I stopped and the grocery store and picked up some red bell peppers and cheddar cheese. Everything else I have. On the menu for tonight, I will post pictures if any are not consumed before I can get a pic.

I will up the recipe a bit to 6 peppers since I freeze my diced tomatoes in quarts. :thumbsup:

I ate two last night, my wife ate 1. For lunch tiday I had one and it was even better than last night. There are two more that will get eaten tonight. Very good. Thank you for the recipe! :licking:
