Rookie Mistake - No PTO after service

I took my 3510HSE in to have the dealer do my 50 hour initial service. Got it back and was getting ready to bushog but the PTO would not activate. No matter what I did, the PTO would not spin. Since the SE has an electrically activated PTO I started checking for a blown fuse, pulled wire, etc.

It was just the auto/manual PTO switch - as I had the 3-pt raised all the way for moving out to the field, it simply disengaged the PTO. Selected manual and all was fine.

Rookie mistake but maybe someone else can avoid wasted time......

Not really a rookie mistake; things like that can happen anytime.

If something isn’t working right for me, I’ve learned over my many years to think “ok - what simple thing am I overlooking?” and go through things slowly.

There’s do many safety mechanisms on equipment that it usually turns out that something was left in the “on” position that prevents the equipment from starting, engaging, moving, etc.
