I always have a 2-3 month supply of most things on hand.

I'm almost completely out of cheese though and I haven't found any sales recently.

I don't have that much, but can easily go a month without leaving the property. Cheese is one of the few things I don't stock up on; it doesn't freeze well, and only keeps a couple of weeks.

 . . . ya can always rub your hind end down a good patch of grass like a dog does sometimes (not mine) :D

First I"d need to dig through the 2 feet of snow; then chop a couple inches of ice. Then the turf would be frozen...

We freeze grated cheese all the time....keeps quite well. Wife buys it in big bags, then repacks in pint vac seal bags.

Never tried to freeze block, maybe not so well ?

I should have qualified my statement. I do keep a few packages of shredded cheese in the freezer. Block on the other hand tends to get dry and crumbly. If you're using it for cooking that's great. I like to eat it with crackers, and don't like it falling all apart on me.

Leaves are few and far between up here right now. And they don't even put out the Sears and Roebuck anymore.

This will settle down in a while, and people will get back to a normal routine again. Some of us won't have to because we never broke ours.

+1 on that. Nothing changes out here other than the sun come up, the sun goes down and I get a day closer to Pleasantview.

It is but you sneeze so hard you shart.

My buddy don't have that issue, He has a colostomy bag and his butthole is sewn shut. He's on the high buck bags too. Just like a ziplock bag, when full, zip it off, zip it closed toss it and zip on a new one.... Easy peasy and no TP needed,.... ever.
