Trump hinted that there could/would be some restrictions on interstate travel. My guess is Washington, California and maybe New York will be the first three affected and likely in that order. Apolitical thoughts?

I struggle with restrictions. Not that I'm against them. Just that the people that need to be restricted, not intelligent enough to restrict themselves, won't adhere to them......

That might be politics, grandstanding, rather than science. I think there are already so many virus clusters everywhere in the US, and the world, that the moment has passed where barriers would be helpful. Quarantine of suspected cases yes of course. And restrictions on air travel and other places where people are forced to breathe one another's air. But general barriers aren't going to help because Coronavirus rates are now likely similar throughout the nation.

I've seen a few quantity purchase limits in place recently.

I saw that on toilet paper in two stores yesterday... one purchase per person per day. Seriously, how much does one family really need? I actually did need it; I normally buy 12 packs and was almost out. Instead though I bought the smallest package they had because I didn't want to look like I was jumping on the band wagon. Now I have enough to last until the leaves come out on the trees.

The good news is that the lack of sporting events won't be a problem since we have a country full of armchair quarterbacks.

It's too late for interstate travel restrictions. There are officially known cases in all of the states. Unknown cases will greatly outnumber the known cases, because people can be infected for many days before showing symptoms, and because of the lack of testing. Many people with symptoms are being refused tests. Some people with symptoms will not report them, so they won't be tested either. So you can figure that there are many people in your state who are infected and many of those are unknowingly spreading the virus.
