From my experience with my similarly sized BX, I would not have been able to do much of the work I did with my BH with a belly mower on. I made a decision long ago to use my old JD garden tractor and eventually a zero turn for all my mowing. Last thing I wanted was having to install/remove a belly mower for digging/landscaping, or take the BH off for mowing!

About 7 years....

There aren't even much differences between the current 1025R and the 1026R predecessor, other than a de-rating of the HP. This tractor is largely unchanged since initial release (I remember them in 2011, might be older than that).

As s219 said, there were some minor changes to the newer tractor. 4x4 lever was changed, PTO switch was changed. Different ROPS, top of old ROPS was straight with the bottom. The new ROPS leans forward from the bottom. No chrome hood ornament on the new model.

The big change was to the new 260B backhoe. The 260B is a completely new & improved design over the 260 backhoe.
