It isn't much but I had to laugh at Kenny when he said there was no where to rest your arm when operating the loader joystick. The armrest being adjusted would have helped. I certainly do not hit the draft/3pt control levers.

His point on the steering wheel is a valid point. It is way too low. Guess that's why I raised mine.

I wouldnt agree with their assessment either, other than the steering wheel thing. Which we have talked about in the past. I still need to 'fix' mine, but I'm getting used to it the way it is. That seat looked to be all the way back with the arm rest lowered all the way down. I have mine set for me and have no issues resting my arm and using the joystick without hitting the draft/3pt controls.

I also hardly open the windows to my cab. But I can see how that would be useful working around someone else. In the times that I have, where communication was necessary: hand signals and/or door open. But opening the windows could be a nice 'feature'.

I agree with the steering wheel height issue-I’d really like to have mine a couple of inches higher.

Didn’t get the non opening cab side window issue-my 4155 has opening side windows.

So the steering wheels in the XR tractors is too low?

It is for the 1st two weeks, and after 2 weeks it's right where it needs to be.

Pretty much. I thought it was low too, at first. PCEAB5 showed me how he raised his using another steering wheel and some other parts. Looked good, but I just havnt spent the money on those parts yet. And after driving around for a while, I dont really see the need. It's something I got used to rather quickly. But I am also not driving it 12 hours a day, everyday.
