Our local paper reported that the hospital thinks the peak here is 6 to 10 weeks out.

This talks about it as a possibility. Since he was an ophthalmologist and this method of transfer sounds reasonable in a medical sense I can see him holding that view. I expect we will learn there are many ways it can spread.

I've been through a number of change of command ceremonies...only one I can recall cheering was for Commander James H Flatley (of VF-31)
There's a lot of crazy going on...
That carrier skipper still did the right thing and the Navy upper echelon made a bad decision in relieving him from command. Wouldn't be the first bad decision by the Navy Brass. The skipper was looking out for his personnel...that's one of a skipper's responsibility
