I bought a new 20A fuse and switched out each one in the panel, but no help. Anyone know what might be the problem? Thanks

Is it blowing the fuses? It is probably the round switch, something slightly corroded maybe?

Assuming the tractor starts your battery is probably good. Put a voltmeter or test light on the output side of your ignition switch. From there follow the wiring to the lighting switches. You could also have a defective connection on the fuse block - not necessarily the fuse itself. You can request suggestions but in the end you'll have to do the troubleshooting yourself or pay someone to do it. It's time consuming but you need to determine where the voltage stops.

Kyle, it is not blowing fuses. What is the "round switch?"

Two things, look for a second fuse panel. Some JD have more than one. Look in manual for the fuse block(s) and see if there is more than one. My JD manual shows the fuses in each fuse panel. Second thought, you are sure the bulbs are good, right? Stranger things have happened than all to be bad. Check to see if there is power to the bulbs, could be a bad ground. You can use a test light or volt meter. Be sure you have a good ground to test to.

My book shows one fuse panel. It does show a Fusible Link above the fuel filter. Could this be the problem?
Bulbs are good.

On my JD always kept inside had corrosion on the leads where the fuse goes inside the fuse box causing a bad contact

Our tractors have a rotary dial to turn on lights, but maybe you should check the turn signal switch closer.

But the light switch would not control brake lights not working. Sounds like possible ground wire issue to me. Most of the light bulbs are controlled by 2 or more wires running to each lamp. The grounds are run back to a centralized grounding block. If you lose ground to this none would work. Ive seen this in trailers and older cars. When I reestablish a temporary ground on one light, the rest start working. Worth a try
