Advice wanted for Ford Jubilee

I am inheriting a ford jubilee that was my great grandfathers pride and joy. Unfortunately it has been sitting outside the last 15 years and hasn't ran since it was parked there. My goal is to get it in working order mostly unassisted except for tasks which require tools that I do not own. The first step is to remove the loader arm and snow bucket so it is easier to move into the barn/easier to work on. I can't find much online for removing the loader and didn't know if there was a specific order of things I need to do. It has the ford 19-209 single arm loader. Any advice is welcomed as I have a very basic mechanical knowledge but I am a fast learner and eager to get going on this. I have included a picture below of the tractor, the only thing I've done since taking the picture is I removed the weight on the rear rims. Thanks for looking!

It looks like a fun project. You say the tractor has been sitting outside the last fifteen years. Was it parked inside for the fifty years prior to that or has it always been outside? You might consider just topping up the fluids, throwing in a battery, and seeing if it will start as is. It may surprise you. The battery will likely be six volt and the system is probably positive ground. After it warms up a bit you could change the fluids. Note - that vintage likely used non detergent oil. If you switch to a detergent oil you will probably not be happy with the results as it cuts the old deposits. After detergent oil it will probably require an overhaul. Stick with non detergent.

I would not be so quick to start it. I would pull the plugs, shoot something in there to lube the top. Believe I would change the engine oil and think that tractor has oil bath air filter clean it and change that oil. Probably would drain gas tank and put in new gas, not a full tank yet. I am not sure if it has dual stage clutch, don't think it does so the pto engages as the transmission does and if you are not aware of it not safe for running rough cut mower. If so get an over running pto clutch for it.

So much to learn and so little time to learn it. I had never heard how bad modern oil is for old engines.

It probably has to do with the amount of sludge that has acumalated in the engine. My uncle who was a service engineer for Ford said that Rislone is the best thing for old engines that you don't know about oil change intervals . Slowly removes engine deposites not a fast flush which removes a lot of crud fast. Rislone is a engine detergent .If the engine is plugged with sludge because the oil wasn't changed ever it's dead and don't know it. I have used it on every old motor I have brought back to life.:thumbsup::drink:

If the battery has three vent caps, it's six volt; if six vent caps, it's twelve volt.
One of the two terminals will have a ground strap. If positive terminal, it's positive ground.

I went through a very similar process on my '64 4000 Select O Speed. I would work on getting it to a shed.
This list of things I did/checked

Engine isnt seized
Engine oil is free of water
Clean/decent looking coolant in radiator
Pulled plugs and added some tranny fluid for lubrication
Pulled the carburetor and ordered a rebuild kit, cleaning all orifices, passageways, replacing jets, etc etc was crucial
Cleaned and refurbed the fuel sediment trap
Rigged up a bypass gas tank
gapped the points
Did all the initial work on getting it up and running by hot-wiring to ignition coil and starter, bypassed the starter button etc.

Once I got it up and running, then I went to work on replacing, fluids, belts, hoses, referring the gas tank, and replacing the starter solenoid and ignition switch and Push to start button. Did all of this with a 12v battery still use it to this day with no ill effects? Just use it for food plot work and a little bit brush hogging.
