Dolmar 7300 in back firing. Aka sheared key.

Dont need a key way and molded in flywheel on these anyway. Cleaned both sides good. Line up tighten. I reset coil gap as it was to tight IMHO. Fired off running good.

Thats a nice one:thumbsup:

Had more issues.

Test cutting and wont go full throttle.

New boot was installed at a shop. The dang flange is broke and someone tried using a wrong size nut and basically slides onto the carb bolt. So only 1 side was even securing the carb.

So got it torn apart with a new little bolt that fits the carb bolt and trying to redneck it into the flange.

Carb was full of fines on both sides too. Dont appear to been apart for a long time. Might need a carb kit too.

Least the H side limiter is now grinded off.

The nut you could basically slide on the carb bolt. New nut one that least goes on right.

Redneck fix for the win. Test cut with 24 full skip and 8t. I would do a 7t myself.

Build from a parts saw. Another 54cc lives. Like these better then the 026 260 saws myself.
Built the same way. Just the poulan has some better ideas on the intake boot and air filter sets etc with a real choke in carb too.

Got me another test unit in. Holzfforma G111 top handle which is a copy of the stihl 200T.

This one is marked Generation 3.

First thing I did was pull that muffler screen like I did on the oem too. Sounds just like it and cuts like it too.

Starting 2nd tank and used almost a full tank of bar oil too to tank of mix. Lunch time being I missed it.
It reminds me of my 200 I owned in the cuts. Time will tell.

Easy to start, cant recall but swear easier then my old oem 200.

I go 40:1 and tuned to my mix and turned it up a tad but still fat for a 200 111.

Interesting tests. What's your take on their bars and chains?

Chains has been great. All I got is 3/8 and 3/8LP full chisel though.

Bars for my uses have been good so far. But just bucking cuts here like a firewood cutter would use mostly.
Now guys that do alot of bore cutting go through tips just like any aftermarket bar I have seen on my chainsaw repair group.

Just remember they are aftermarket bars.

Since I liked my stihl 036 360 and the stihl 361 saws back when I owned them.

Plus no longer made and like the older stuff better with regular carbs still.

This time I am trying out a G366 which is a copy of the 361.

Feels like and cuts just like what I remember.
