OMG... How big was the mess?

Epic. I was in the garage with two cars and a motorcycle. Two weeks to get them all cleaned up. Had to toss out all the clothing I was wearing. one can still see the spray on the florescent lights.

Have you ever shot a paint can even with just a .22? it is spectacular. you wanna be real far off, with nothing there but bare ground that you want painted... Really something to see. heck a 2 liter bottle of soda in the sun, is pretty neat too.

I used to set 1 gallon milk jugs filled back up with water out in the field in the winter time. Let them freeze overnight. Then on a sunny frosty morning step out on the back porch with a .243 or .223 and past em. It is BEAUTIFUL to see. the high powered rifle pulverizes the ice and throwing the tiny bits sky high, and the sun shines thru the scattered ice making the most beautiful rainbow you have ever seen.

I had a friend that had a problem with bears getting in his garbage. he wrapped a can of spray paint in bacon. The bear with the orange face was the culprit!

Yesterday I was putting my 4.108 Perkins back together, and forgot to start the fittings for the oil jumper to the rocker arms. Oh yeah, torqued down the bolts, adjusted the valves and everything before I realized my mistake. I even got my wife to try and pry over the oil jumper so I would not have to redo what I did, but it was all for not.

Hanging my head in shame, I unbolted the rocker arms and started over. But of course in trying to get the fittings started, I galled the threads, so I had to machine out the rocker arm, and then retorque everything, and then set the valves again.

That was pretty dumb I admit.
