Good morning, the temp is 28°F and going to a high of 46. Wind WSW 6 mph. Mix of sun and cloud.

I will be taking a walk out back today to see if the ground is hard enough to get back and bury the cat. After that it might be the lean-to that needs to come down.

Have a safe and healthy day all

32 right now...high in the upper 40's and calling for snow showers this morning...no accumulation though.
Main chore is a dump run and I'll have a full pick up load. After that, we'll play it as it goes...

BTW, for you guys that watch YouTube on occasion...watch "The Enemy Below" (great WW II Navy flick), "The Bravados" (western with Gregory Peck) and this short (The Gunfighter (Best Short Film Ever) 1:Dp HD - YouTube ). I didn't post the video here because I don't think the moderators would approve.

jbrumberg said Phil- Interesting weather tonight for MA.

Another inch of snow for me and it is currently 32 and still snowing. Not really sticking to the paved surfaces so just going to be a pain in the lawn!
Should warm up and all melt tomorrow. Not looking to good for next week though, wet weather for tuesday, thursday, friday and saturday in the forecast.

I was able to get a brief cloudless shot of the sky yesterday. Here is Mars, Saturn and Jupiter in the sky going left to right. Nice being able to see planets with the naked eye!

Good morning all. Our 4 week run of nothing but sunny weather is over, that never ending blue sky is now hidden by cloud and that suits me just fine.

One thing is blue today that hasn't been for most of the week. Brown is definitely not the best looking colour for a tractor, so I set to soaking, then power washing, the manure coating on the Iseki. Some of it was a little reluctant to move, having been sun baked on in layers over most of the week. No pics, so unfortunately you won't be able judge if I am more handsome with extra freckles :D

Spent hours chasing a lamb that had got itself on the wrong side of fences that run either side of a long hedge. It was in there yesterday afternoon, then I didn't see it, so I thought it must have got out wherever it got in, but it was running up and down calling for it's mum this morning. The hedge is very thick, so it was a bit of a struggle feeding in extra wire netting between each fence to keep halving and quartering the distance it could run. Got it eventually, only bad news is that I haven't yet found the weak point in the fence. I better ask my wife to hide the keys to my gun cabinet in case it is there again tomorrow.

Roy, thanks, the Gunfighter was a little crude but very funny too.

Neat planet lineup Phil.

Sodamo, sounds like you have found the secret to get another 15 years out of your mower. Good luck with the rebuild.

good morning all.
30 degree jump in temps this morning from yesterday, much appreciated.

Phil what a wonderful pic of the planets. Thanks!

Flowers are looking a little sad in spots from the overnight freezes, but most will do ok, just stunted a bit starting out.

Think I will clean the inside of the motorhome today.
First I have to go pick up sticks and a limb down from last storm.
All pine tree dead junk, Mother Nature's pruning.

clicking on our link took me back in the time machine many of us are riding on
and I wound up with Don and I discussing Ed and wishing him well, Feb 2017, with Don getting back from
a Caribbean cruise.

Do you know how when you select a new but existing thread there's always the question of do you read all the old posts?
Can you imagine reading all of these from the beginning?
Would be like trying to catch up on all the posts in the Harbor Tools thread...

Have a nice weekend gentlemen.

Drinking first cup of hot coffee. 24° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 53° with mostly sunny skies. It snowed all day yesterday. But mel;ted when it hit the ground. So no snow removal. Hope to get something done outside today. Maybe start chipping.
Woodpecker has found some bugs.

Gstrom99, :welcome: to Good Morning!

Buckeye, sad your wife cannot get info on Dad. But nowadays if they do not have your name on list of caretakers they use it as an excuse to not give any info.

Phil, great pciture.

Jay, have you tried TSC for seeds? Not sure if you have one close by.

Everyone stay safe and healthy.

Good Morning All.
