I have just this single 80W LEDworklight on my tractor. Very little current draw.

Pics show the halogen worklight my dealer put on, versus the LED.

Been trying different lighting on tractors since around 1992. Those kits look interesting. I think the Maxxima MWL42's ran me around $45 each without wiring and switches. A half dozen MWL42's plus a couple cubes wasn't cheap - but it is effective. ROPS or Roof mounted lighting alone doesn't work well for me when mowing. This year mowing in the daylight has been easy with the CV19 Vacation. There have been some years when it was frequently dark before I could fire up the tractor and start mowing.

The link below shows what has been the best for me. I do like the LED's. There seems to be at least a little uncertainty in some circles concerning how the sellers rate their lumens and watts when trying to sell you on their wares. I'd only consider a flood pattern. Work lights are for getting lots of light in the nearby area. I think my L4240 hit 19 MPH on the way to town, so (A) I don't need to light the road 1,200 feet ahead, and (B) No point blinding an oncoming motorist. Plenty of idiots with aftermarket lighting on regular vehicles doing that. (Note: I really don't use aux. lighting on the road anyway).

I documented my overkill led bar install on the L4060HSTC that replaced my L3200 at https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/customization/376458-let-there-light-l4060-light.html. I love the light, but it was probably a bit overkill. I'd likely go with 4 8-10" bars & stock wiring if I had to do it over again just because it would have been so much easier.

At any rate those "300 watt" 40-50" bars only pulled half that at best on my bench top power supply. They were only $70 each or something. They were noisy RF wise & one leaks/fogs a bit, so you get what you pay for. They do provide massive light though no matter how exaggerated the ratings are. So ya, most ratings are overestimated or flat out fraudulent. But they are still better than halogen bulbs on most measures.

I added five 27 watt round LED lights to my tractor - 2 forward facing and 3 rear. I disconnected my 2 65 watt headlights which were basically worthless and the 5 new lights draw the same as the 2 original ones. Night and day difference in light output. I wired them into the factory headlight harness so I did not need to add any switches to the dash. Also added a flasher unit. 2 for $15 or 4 for $30.

I used some small magnets with screws through them to mount an led light bar either above or below rops. Very secure and no holes to drill

I installed lights on the canopy on my two open station tractors...never expected to be so covered with bugs. If you need the lights there you can install a fan on you to help keep them off and also the heat. I realized my front lights had simple blubs in them and replaced with larger bulbs and that solved me needs. When I was running my tractors at night would still use the ones on the canopy but not for long periods of time.
