Kind of random but I figure I would just ask here rather than making a new thread. I got the floor mat in the mail the other day, backordered from dealer, and just installed it today. It seems there are only 2 nipples on each side of the mat that pull through the floor. These dont seem to really lock down, even when pulled through with needle nose. Just seeing if anyone else has noticed this or is it enough to keep it in place.

Ive never had an issue with my floor mat moving around.

Just came across this thread while looking into a problem I am having.
Not a Kioti, but rather a Rural King (TYM) RK55.
Cannot "feather" my 3pt up. Regardless of RPM, when I try to easy the 3pt up, implement will not ease up smoothly but instead comes up about 2 inches. Big PITA when doing grader/leveling work. No bouncing and will feather down smoothly. I have adjusted the tension on the lever and lubed all linkages/pivot points.
Implement is 1050 lbs +/- (see profile pic). Tractor 3pt rated 3000 lbs plus.
The tractor tech with RK told me there is a pressure valve that can be adjusted that may help. If it is similar to the MLS, I doubt it will do any good for my issue.
Tech is trying to work me in his schedule to come and try adjusting "on-site" while the implement is is the 3pt.

Hi jethroish, I have a 55HC - same exact issue. Did they fix it for you? It's in for 50 hour service and tech said it was probably tension in the cable - but that doesn't seem to account for jerky adjustments and the 'ghost' bouncing up and down.

Not sure about RK's but some CUT's have this issue, position type valves cause this, I think they are cheaper than the other type, most will come down smooth and up fast smooth, I've learned to raise it quickly beyond what I need and lower it to the exact position. Dealer was no help, Kioti USA was less help. My Kubota B2610 was perfect, but that's why Kubota are more expensive (better matched gear) IMO.

Not fixed. Tech has never come by. Maybe I should just put in a warranty request.

Like you, I have learned to work with it. But I/we should not have to simply "work" with it.

On my older Ford 4600 and on my Kioti DK55, there is a valve adjuster that controls the speed of the 3 point hitch. I am not sure it it controls both directions. I have never adjusted the speed.

It is not the speed adjuster. Tech told me that the hydraulic valve body has a pressure valve on it. He thinks that adjusting that pressure setting may fix the issue. To do so, means removing the seat and deck to access the valve body.

Check out this video. It sounds like this is your issue. It is adjustable, but you may want to have your dealer come out to adjust it under warranty.

Can you repost this video, I can’t see it for some reason. Just bought a 2620. 3ph lifted smooth in the parking lot, and for the first few hours. I have 6.7 hours on the machine…. And I don’t deal with things that don’t operate as they should… your help is greatly appreciated.
