I think ME has it's hands full with Jeeps and ATVs on 3 million miles of power lines and other trails then a tractor on it's own land going through a run off brook that dries up in June.

When you leave the cities in OR, like 2 main hubs (Portland, Salem) you have a lot of land, not so many people.
