I'm installing a WR Long third function kit and need to ID the power beyond port. I do have a backhoe Branson hose "kit" installed but I don't think that makes a difference. I was told to trace the hose that goes back to the rear of the tractor.
Photo show both ends of the hose I believe is correct. Can anyone confirm? IMG_20200505_164710~2.jpgIMG_20200505_164400~2.jpg

If that is the line coming from the loader valve to the top of the rear remotes, Yes. That's the PB line that you will feed the WR kit with.

The line coming out from the WR kit will hook up to the top of the remotes, where the previous line was.

The first pic shows the hose from the PB port where it goes into the 3pt valving inside the cases. When I added my BH, I detached that and put the factory BH loop in there.

The BH's valves do not have a dedicated PB port and their tank port can only handle 500 psi or so. This is why you're not supposed to operate the 3pt when the BH is on. Put the 3rd function in line before the BH so you can use it with the BH on.

I no longer have the BY so that part doesn't matter. But, to be clear the PB line comes into the top of the 3pt/pto case. The BH lines are separate from the PB line but also go into the same case - just at different places.
All correct?

Again, just to make sure, there is a lot more going on than just the rear remotes. What I believe is the PB line goes into a block that does have the two rear remote lines but that block is quite large and looks to supply hydraulics to the 3pt as well. Correct?

The way Branson did it is: From the PB of the loader valve, to the top of the remotes. Inside the remotes, they dump the tank line directly to the transmission case, while the PB of the remotes is ported through the transmission case to the outside and it's that hose with the 90 fitting that would then feed the BH. From the backhoe, it goes to a port under the seat that feeds the 3 pt.

In summary and ignoring tanks lines for now, you have: Loader > Remotes > BH > 3PT.

Now since you don't have a BH anymore, you could just use those lines to feed the new WR kit. Routing might get tricky since it's the opposite since of what you want.

On tractors without the BH loop, they use a piece of tubing with two banjo fittings in the end that connect the remote PB to the 3 PT.

I attached a picture of my setup. Hopefully it makes sense.
