I'm sure not all crimpers are created equal. Definitely be wary of the electrician/hvac type or ones intended for low pressure hose. But this weatherhead t-460-2 unit with its 10k psi cylinder was made for this task, uses the same fittings and caliper readings as the bench top version. I've been in enough hydraulic shops to see this unit w electric pump doing commercial hoses.
