I saw where Kubota is advertising 0% financing, with delayed payment. Not sure what all is going at that rate...

OOOOOOH what does this have to do with unions?

Come on guys get this thread back on track and put your union views aside. You sound like me complaining about my tractor that I still hate.

I'm looking at a Kioti RX but the wife says no, I'm looking at a new Frod F-250 7.3 gas to replace a 2007 Duramax that has 11000 miles but at $60K my wife says no.

I still say the deals aren't out there yet, we aren't close to opening back up again. Chile and Lebanon both shut down for the second time. I still think the deals will get better.

On a bad note Charles Scwab just bought $60 grand of Tyson stocks for my retirement account about a week before the plants were shutting down. We'll see how that goes....

Aldi's cookies are tasty and very inexpensive.

So is their Blinking Owl sweet red wine at $2.49 a bottle.

As there are limits on the number of items on some purchases, I asked the clerk if there is a limit on the # of bottles of wine one can purchase. She said yes, but it's like 40 bottles.

This explains why Moss sometimes has lots of energy and a bit antagonistic. He's all hopped up on Aldi's cookies and sweet red wine. ;)

Yuengling Golden Pilsner is getting harder to find. But I scored two six packs from a friend for free.

I know all regions are different, and market segments, but does anyone have any notions as to what the real estate market is going to do, in what may turn out to be the biggest bust since the Great Depression?

I think RE is lagging the rest of the economy. People ready to buy have been buying according to what my Brokers tell me. Houston is seeing a downturn right now though.

>>>>> HOUSTON – The local housing market’s strong start to the new year was abruptly interrupted in April as the full impact of the coronavirus outbreak was felt across Texas and the rest of the country.

According to the Houston Association of Realtors, home sales had been outpacing 2019’s record volume prior to April as consumers took advantage of historically low interest rates. However, year-to-date sales are still running 1.4 percent ahead of last year’s level.

Last month, 6,199 single-family homes were sold across the metro, down from 7,666 sales a year earlier, a 19.1 percent decline. This ended a nine-month run of positive sales growth.

Pricing, however, showed little impact. The single-family average sales price was $310,331, less than $100 lower than the average prices in April 2019. The median sales price increased 2.4 percent over the year to $251,000.

Single-family inventory tightened by 0.3 months to 3.6 months. The Real Estate Center considers six to 6.5 months of inventory a balanced market.

Last month, there were 7,125 single-family pending sales, down 17.6 percent from April 2019.

Sales of all property types totaled 7,192, down 21.6 percent over the year. Total dollar volume for the month fell 20.4 percent to slightly more than $2.1 billion.<<<<<

I have seen local house listings and the prices are insane. Didn't realize they had krept that high, or is the money just turning to sheit? Regardless, I wonder if they will move those homes at those prices. Traditionally, people got big bucks in the City and move to rural areas buying bigger places, and then seems, stay in them a few short years until it's too much for them.
