Kioti literally uses same color and color scheme as Kubota. Their tractors come in near identical size classifications as Kubota. Heck even their name starts with a K! I don’t think anyone will disagree that this is obvious imitation (copying).
Kioti and Hyundai have been sued by Kubota and Toyota for intellectual and trade mark infringements multiple times.
Kubota has been a leader in small diesel engines, farm equipment, professional grounds care and construction equipment for years. There’s good reason why many OEMs use Kubota Diesels in their equipment.
I applaud Kioti for copying the best!! Lol!!
So why don’t you tell us about the “multiple times” part? Then explain why kubota actually had joint ventures with Kioti or more specifically thier parent company.
I built a dune buggy to sell not long ago. Asked my great granddaughter what color we should paint it and she said orange, does that mean I copied it and made it look like the guy over the hill who has an orang dune buggy? There are only so many coolers that stand out from a safety perspective and I would guess the orange paint has more to do with visibility than flattering kubota with a copy of thier color but would believe some executives kid chose it before I took to the notion hey are trying to fool buyers by copying the color!
So my blue truck (ford) is now a copy cat of my last blue Chevy? Get a life and quit trying to make yourself feel superior!
