I think the guy needed more coffee this morning.
I wonder if this guy realizes the damage he's doing to his own reputation. Kinda like the RK guy did. If I was ever thinking of buying one of them, he put me off to the brand and even to the store in some ways. I've drastically cut back my buying there. If I ever would have considered watching any of this guy's presentations based on the recommendations of other posters here, I guarantee I never will now based on the subject's reactions.
That's about as confusing as the street signs in Uncton.
Agreed.
You can't talk to one person on a forum, you're talking with a bullhorn.
Thousands are listening to your one-on-one conversation.
Mr. Morgan needs to Private Message the one guy and show "grace" to the thousands of TBN members.
And ideally show some grace to the one guy too.
That's the thing about forums. Forum provides a safety net to attack others in a way you'd never do face-to-face.
And if that person's just a normal person -- they are likely to respond to the attack, like a normal person would --- which Morgan is doing here.
However.... Morgan has built a brand big enough to get Kubota's attention, so he clearly has some marketing savvy.
It's truly strange to see the lack of savvy in responding on TBN.
It's damaging his brand bigtime, and you can bet if Kubota sees that they're gonna wonder if they chose a reliable marketing partner.
Morgan needs to cool off, apologize to the other 999 TBN members, and keep doing what he does best.
[IMHO]
OWTM,
Welcome to TBN, and not all of us are grumpy old men...

I am a subscriber and have been since video #90? I too enjoyed the beginning videos better than current ones however, I still get something out of the current episodes. When I first started following OWTM it seemed that Mike was like me just trying to make some improvements and up keep his property.
I watched the videos and picked up tips and tricks from Mike. When the RK deal came through for OWTM, I expected infomercials but was pleasantly surprised. I found the videos still had some tips and tricks for me to pickup on.
I do not find as much in the way of tips or examples of similar experiences anymore but my improvements on my property is still the same and OWTM needs have grown and changed. I don稚 feel betrayed or unfriended. Mike put helpful info out there and I took advantage of it and absorbed all I could. It costs me nothing but a click of a button or two. If OWTM made a few cents off me pushing a few buttons, then good for them.
I would not hesitate to host Mike and Melissa if they were ever in the Central MS area. I would shake Mikes hand and thank him for the info and advice through video that he gave me when he was working that Kubota and building a log carrier out of a 3pt carry-all.
I find it disrespectful for the comments made on here about Melissa. I致e been married 33 years and would not want these type of statements made of my wife, especially on a public forum. However, as with several other forums that I participate in there痴 always someone that makes my mom痴 word ring true; 擢ools names are like fools faces, always stuck in public places?
I actually regret starting the topic. I was excited to see the Kubota coming back to the Morgan's channel because that is how I discovered their channel when I was tractor shopping. Never meant for this to turn into a bashing session or anything like that. I enjoy watching the channel, I prefer more tractor than wood cutting, but I have learned from watching Mike take down trees and it has helped me with some of the recommendations he has made and improved my tree cutting skills since I do a LOT less cutting than he does. I'm looking forward to see how the MX will perform.
If his wife wants to be on video, great. If his kids want to be on video, great. He has to keep the dogs on the video though, otherwise my Great Dane would get upset, she jumps up and runs to the TV every time the dogs come running across the screen.
My final comment, I don't know Mike personally, only through watching his videos. What speaks to me more about his character is the way he deals with his son. He loves that boy (along with all his kids), but the time and effort and the commitment he has made, you can tell Hunter loves his parents and they love him. That speaks more to me about his character than anything else. So he makes a few bucks promoting an item here are there, the love for his family and the passion for his hobbies are awesome and that is why the wife and I watch the channel.
