Ok. here comes the fun part.. putting a lid on it. I have not built a roof in years! Again , being a one man wrecking crew I have to get creative sometimes.

I like your rafter cuts :thumbsup:
Might want to put collar ties on your rafters as you go, or your ridge pole an sag. Especially on lower slope roofs.
Some concern with those tree stump roots causing damage to slab or attracting a carpenter ant colony or termites.

If you look close in the second picture you can see a collar tie in there.. they are going up as the roof is.

And Not sure what I'm going to do with the stumps.. wish I had cut them off level at about 2' high, I'd have made a bench out of them.

Didn't want to make it too easy on myself so I decided on a hip roof!

Doing it the old school way and stepping it off..

Made a few little mistakes along the way, but like I said its been a long time since I've done this... roof structure is done!

Biggest mistake of the project.. I did the OSB before the facia, no, I'm not sure why! So I went back up snapped a line and cut 1 1/2 inches off all the rafters and put up the facia..

Shingle delivery, Had a big storm just before and had to fix a lot of that tar paper up there before putting those shingles down.

You might notice that drive through door on this end of the building has turned into a walk door!

So the roof is up and done.. yay.. time to wrap it up. A little assistance please from my lovely wife!

Seems we never have a enough room;I have a 8x12',10x12',24x36 garage(heated) and just had a 24x32' pole barn built last year.

Boy aint that the truth!! I've a 30x40, 24x15 (heated and airconditioned! ), 10x14, 10x16, and now this one.. a 10x20... And I wish I had a couple more!!
